I booked an appointment for a massage tonight after work at one of the Massage Envy locations here. It’s a bit of a splurge and I never get massages, but I think I really need one. My neck and shoulders are tense and knotted and I’ve been getting bad tension headaches again on a daily basis. The massage tonight is going to feel soooo good. I can’t wait!
