Hi Guy,
Thank you for your comment. What is IRA exactly? I’m not familiar with that term. Have you seen a rheumatologist yet? Getting on a treatment plan is the best thing to do, I’d say. And rest and take care of yourself the best you can. I hope you feel better soon!

I am 43 years old, female and just recently diagnosed with RA. I found your blog and can’t wait to read all of it. Any suggestions of other blogs just to help me cope with the pain would be appreciated. Thanks for your blog!

Hi Casey,
Thanks for your comment and for reading my blog! I’m sorry to hear of your recent diagnosis. I hope you feel better soon! I’d take a look at that link I posted of the “22 Best RA blogs” to see other blogs about arthritis. The good thing is that you’re definitely not alone in this – there are others out there who know what you’re going through.

Thanks for the read…I am a long term arthritis sufferer who has tried all the meds available to me with a multitude of side effects. I am currently trying electromagnetic therapy as an alternative and hope it will help.
